No TIme Trials this week (a few have been cancelled) but Pat has been racing again and here is his result and race report.

Race Report

Saturday saw the NCRA Handicap race at Southwick, with the famous Southwick hill upto the water tower to contend with, nothing really compared to last week's hills in Cyprus! Starting in group 1, about 8 of us cat 3 and 4, kept up a healthy pace and were  eventually caught by a chasing group on lap 3 unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep up so a lap and half on my tod, finished 35th out of 44 so not last! On the plus side managed a pb up the hill, good practice for BM age group road race championships in a couple of months.
