Well I think I should be free for a ride from 9.30am.
If the weather is ok I would like to have a ride for 100km but if anyone fancying it but can do shorter if you don't have that much time at group two pace

had been hoping to be able to make an appearance but not going to be able to get away now.

have a good ride but spare a thought for those of us sat behind a desk instead of handlebars
