2023/June - CHASE the SUN
Date: Saturday 24 June 2023
UK SOUTH - Sunrise to Sunset
Starting in the Thames estuary, the 200+ mile route bi-sects south London, passing Richmond park, bridging the Thames, onto Wiggin’s Olympic time trial route, plus west-country highlights, lush Vale of Pewsey, Silchester village hall, mendip hills, breathtaking Cheddar gorge, before arriving on the seafront finish at Burnham-on-Sea.
UK NORTH - Sunrise to Sunset
A double-century feat over an epic 200miles leaving from the beachfront at Tynemouth at the first ray of ocean sunrise aiming to reach the esplanade at Prestwick to witness the (hopefully glorious) sunsetting into the sea beside the Isle of Arran. A route full of stunning vistas, wilderness, heaths, rivers, lochs, castles and beaches, a challenge to inspire you when pedalling the longest day.
2023/July - DUNWICH DYNAMO
Date: 1-2 July 2023
Definitely not a sportive, the Dunwich Dynamo is nevertheless one of the 'must ride' events of the summer calendar for many cyclists. 2022 sees the 30th edition of the annual 200km night ride from London Fields in Hackney to Dunwich on the Suffolk Coast.
