Hi fellas
Just a quick thank you for making us welcome again Sunday past.
It was only EVERTON hill that really got me
I did struggle a little on some of the other hills but I`ll get there!!
Its can be intimidating coming to new things but the few Club rides I`ve done thus far (hope to do more). Knowing you are slowing people down is not a great feeling :(
Being new to group riding is a little confusing, arm waving and pointing still new, but I think were getting it. Its also good to not feel pressured to ride out of your comfort zone...I know what I can do and the fast group isnt for me...not yet anyway LOL.
I`m not great with names so cant remember many but the 69 Year old ex-pro was a proper character!! :woohoo:
So look forward to many more and hopefully my 17-18 mph average can build as does my strength and technique especially uphills!!
Great to see the Club grow and cycling become even more popular.
Cheers
Arron
And "Duracell" Keith and more soon if I can convince them its not a race!! ;)

Has anyone seen or heard from him lately?

Hi Arron, I'm really pleased you enjoyed the club ride.
Hope to see you on the Hot Cross Bun Run on Friday.
I think that's why Geoff left for France, he thought that he might have to buy the coffee!
