Race Preparation Techniques? was created by rostlr
Two contrasting race preparation techniques from last nights Rockingham Race from SNCC riders.

As for results, Tim did better than all of us, while Wayne was dropped. Although to be fair to Mr Tunnah, he did start off with two UK Youth riders point chasing for their 1st cat licences, not to mention the usual Maxifuel lads... over to you Geoff....

Not that I would ever go racing but if I did the second option looks to be a winner.

hi there RO more to the point what did you do,,did you try out what i told you to do or did you get dropped as well..I think Wayne has turnded a corner, its all a new ball game now..from wallowing about with 4th cats and women he has entered a world of dog eat dog,no holds barred just bloody hard racing,,It will be next year before he tunes himself into a 1st cat rider,i know he can do it and he does too...the old usual sign on and turn up guys will still be there, huffing and puffing and telling a good tale at the market square on a sunday..Wayne i hope will out with bashing his brains out with the 1st cats..KEEP IT UP GUYS i will watch from afar..Geoff..

Geoff, I certainly did, but I'm afraid my legs just aren't strong enough against kids who race elite crits with one of the stronger domestic teams. It's not a head thing but a physical thing. Still, managed to finish in the bunch with Tim, but my legs were shafted. It was a good race all the same.
