Inter-Club TT & HC Competition 2016

we're almost there with getting dates & courses sorted for this season's inter-club series.

provisional dates so far are:

10 - Sat 23rd April (Icknield)
20 - ? (Beds Road)
25 - Sun 17th July (CC Ashwell)
30 - Sun 26th June (Hitchin Nomads)
HC - Sun 2nd Oct (StNCC)

see here for thread from last season with all the info you'll need about the format and nature of the competition

Expect lots of badgering once we have everything confirmed to see as many StNCC riders as possible at each event.......you have been warned

right; dates & times all now confirmed:

10 mile - Sat 23rd April (Icknield RC) - Start Time 2pm

15 mile - Sun 12th June (Beds Road CC) - Start Time 8am

30 mile - Sun 25th June (Hitchin Nomads) - Start Time 8am

25 mile - Sun 17th July (C.C.Ashwell) - Start Time 9am

Hill Climb - Sun 2nd Oct (St Neots CC) - Start Time 10.30am (Note this is the 1st Sunday in October which is the normal date the event is promoted on)

get them in your diaries, and hopefully see as many of you as possible at each of them............

entry will again be via the Beds Road on-line system (by the middle of the week before each event) and entry fees pegged again at a very reasonable £4 (cash on the day)

you'll need to fill in a few details to register on the system and then its as simple as clicking each event when they 'go live'

Lead from the front and all that.

Everything but the hill climb, subject to anyone holiday plans.

Simon, i'm in for the first one and will try and make the others depending on other races etc.

As previously advised, the on-going roadworks on the F15/10 have got the better of the opening event of this year's inter-club competition - see below for info just rec'd from IRC, noting change of date. I've asked for Strava link / more course info and will update once I have anything

Due to the close of the A421 road on which the F15/10 course is based we have had to change the date and course for the Inter club’10 as follows:

Date Sunday 24th April
Event Headquarters Clophill Village Hall
First Rider off 8.45am
Course A507 road, Start 300 yards west of Clophill RAB down to Maulden RAB turn back to Clophill RAB turn back to Maulden RAB to Finish nearly opposite the start.

Entries close Tuesday 19th April

That's a shame. I have entered a road race on that day.
