Commenting on articles

I've just added an extension to enable commenting on articles in Club Run Reports, Time Trial reports, Members' Exploits and Newsletters. Anyone can comment, but if you're not logged in to the site then you have to fill in a captcha field and a name (can't use your log-in name and the comment is approved by a mod before being published - to avoid the comments being spammed). If you are logged in there is no captcha and the comment is published right away.
