Roadworks High Street Abbotsley

If its still on tomorrow..........

Those doing the TT, this evening there was roadworks as you come into Abbotsley from the direction of the TT start.
Not only that, the roadworks are traffic light controlled and right on a left hand bend that is blind most of the way round.

Thought you may like to know.

If the tt is cancelled tonight
We could do a ride like we did last year meet at the same place etc

the roadworks appear finished, but unfortunately there was no one there to check they were going to take the traffic lights away ahead of tonight.

I've put the signs out ready, and hopefully a normal course can be run. If not, (and having just measured it) the 'roadworks start' just on the western edge of the village to the 'normal' finish takes out just over 1.1 miles; giving an almost 10 mile course.

I'm not going to be able to make it tonight, so good luck what ever happens
