Hi All
Just want to say a thank you for dragging me for the 91 miles before I hit the wall. Thank you for the egging me on, thank you for the encouragement, thank you for the team spirit to keep me going. BIG thank you for the helping hand, the hills especially.
I hit the wall at 91 miles and went into low gear, I trundled to Abbotsly where I found a Pub, 1 beer, a packet of crisps (20 mins) and I carried on. I even broke a PR back from Abbotsly (WHoooHoooo).
The Sunburn hurts, the legs won't walk straight, BUT, I would do it again (next year).
A Big Thank You

Fantastic, well done indeed! Don't forget the Clubs "Autumn Breeze" at the end of September, 100 mile and 62 mile routes available!
