Toy Trust Charity Day Sat 2nd July Urgent help

The Toy Trust are holding their annual fund raising event next Saturday 2nd July. They have 2 venues for the day - Grafham ( Cycling walks & running events) plus 2 cycle events based at Wyboston - a 50 mile & 80 mile circuit.

They hope to raise over £200,000 from this event and are seeking help from local organisations. I am in a local Rotary Club and we are handling the Grafham event.

Their organizers for the Wyboston ride have let them down at the last moment, and they are seeking help from local clubs to make the day a success.

They have funds available for volunteers, but this money must go to a charity - preferably to a children's charity dealing with disadvantaged / disabled children. An amount of £3000 has been mentioned for your help.

1 Skyline Vehicle Checking Route pre-event then roaming support with mechanic/ first aid

Crew Folder Documentation Prep/ Safety
In Vehicle Snacks & Water

Vehicle 2
1 Skyline Vehicle Feed Station/ Water stop
2 Skyline Crew
Gazebo
Unlimited Bottled Water
High Energy Snacks/ Bars/ Gels

Vehicle 3
1 Skyline Vehicle Back Vehicle during event with support/ mechanic/ first aid
2 Skyline Crew
Encouragement for last riders & Last riders safety
Sweep of course behind riders for litter
Removal of signs behind last rider ( to minimize time signs are up.)
