Hi pee stop. it isn't a new chain gang, its an alternative training circuit ..chain gangs are usually very hard quite long training rides at 90% of max speed/ability,, this gives the body a chance to experience pain and discomfort over a long distance.. circuit training on a small circuit is a stop / go effort, usually only out of bends where you have to try and hang on to the strongest bloke there. This is great training but you need at least 8/10 guys doing it, otherwise you get fed up and go home....ah ah Geoff..

I don't think it happened last week. Can ride tomorrow (3rd). Last week Tim suggested meeting at 7.15. If that's still the plan, I'll meet you at Bushmead crossroads about 7.30

Richard, am meeting Ade at the square for half five, take advantage of the light. Think we'll just do some miles tomorrow but will get involved in the circuits soon.

Richard, if you are meeting at 7.30 are you not doing the first circuit as it starts at 7.15 ?
NOTE TO ALL : once the nights get light enough I would suggest starting earlier, say 6.30 ? Any thoughts ?
