glad to report that although suffering with breaks to both arms (and the aforementioned club kit woes), Rich isn't letting it get him down too much

Get well soon Rich. You've just propelled yourself into club history by not only riding over 30 miles home with two broken arms,a broken saddle and bent handlebars but also contending the bushmead sprint and stopping for a coffee at Neros.

Get well soon Rich. By the time we hit the Bushmead you were in a lot of pain.

One of the people I work with had a nasty motor bike accident the other week and I heard last night Terry is in the same ward as him. Small world as they say.
