You can book up to a week in advance at one Leisure, I tend to book next weeks one when I turn up.

Excellent work out tonight guys BUT I am a bit concerned about Terry as he's the only guy I know that takes a cafe break during a Spinning Class. I guess he's spent too long in the saddle with Chris Preston!!

Excellent work out tonight guys BUT I am a bit concerned about Terry as he's the only guy I know that takes a cafe break during a Spinning Class. I guess he's spent too long in the saddle with Chris Preston!!

Wow, that was the hardest Spinning Class yet, my body's still complaining!!

dave you could do the turbo sessions on a Wednesday aswell
