A far better Spinning class last night, with a good mix of resistance and speed work. Hopefully we'll see more of this kind of class going forward.

Personally prefer the tracklists for the Sufferfest videos as I find some of the Team Sky Spotify selections dubious at best.
Sufferfest site gives full track lists for each video and a few of them are created as playlists on Spotify.

The sort of music that accompanies any indoor training session/video is the only reason I need to get out on the road or trails instead!
