Club AGM minutes

i got my fingers slapped last year about this,,, but when will the minutes of the AGM be available....just a request, polite reply expected ah ah G

Polite reply: Soon. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to write them yet due to work and family commitments, but they should appear toward the end of next week.

Hi there thanks for the AGM minutes although hidden from view in "the Club" I found them interesting.

1............. over 140 members Only 28 bothered to turn up, i just cannot believe that over 120 members had to watch East Enders over the most important club meeting of the year..

2 2nd ........claim members fee £10,,why bother with a 1st claim membership at £20, 2nd claim get 100% access to all club events and functions.

2b.............Second claim members: £10 (considered on a case by case basis).....Why does the club allow riders who are 1st claim members of another club with a racing licence from that club enjoy 2nd claim membership..and everything that goes with it, but change jersey's at the week end and become COMPETITORS of the St Neots Club in local racing events... you all know my thoughts on this subject.. club riders like Jake who has progressed from 4th cat to a semi pro Team in one year, retains his/her right to retain club membership..

3 ..........club evening TT and Ashman trophy competition for 1st claim members only, its is possible for a non 1st claim ie 2nd claim memeber to win an award under the present rules.

4........, I know that there will be club memebrs who will disagree on the above topics but if I was in the UK at the time of the AGM i would be present and bring up these topics to be discussed and voted upon.I only hope that if anyone does not agree and i know there will be, that they we "Present" at the AGM...
