What's the worst that can happen ?

I'm planning to cycle there and back...but then again I'm only thinking of doing the standard distance which should still give me around 70 miles for the day.
It surely won't take us as long to get there as it did last year.... Will it ???

No doubt, for those that did not enter or just missed out, there will be a few us us cycling up to the start and meet the boys on the road once they start?
Sounds like a plan Wayne. Maybe work out a route around the area that finds a cafe/coffee shop near one of the feed areas then people can ride home or meet back in Huntingdon/Brampton to ride back to St Neots as a group again?

Last year we rode with the other riders to the start line, waiting just outside the start-line and joined in....
Not ideal, but it was sold out and we had a laugh

I was questioning the cheapskate part of the comment rather than anything else

We found our 'Sportive' was a good way of raising funds for the club so I'm pleased not everyone thinks like you.
See you on 20th.
