We could ride a longer route home (if we are still sober )

Longer route home sounds good to me as well.

Edit: School boy error, was looking at the route this morning and thought "at least I don't have to fight to drag myself up Chapel Hill", then had another look at lunchtime ... Spoke too soon ... Might need an extra 20 minutes!

How many is that?
