I think we'd have no trouble getting 10+. The thing to do is to set a date, book the venue and publicise it. My guess is we'll get many more than 10, but we won't get commitment until a date is set.

ok that sounds a bit more promising , maybe Davids idea of the social is a good one as perhaps we could do the training first and then have a drink all under one roof !!! when is the next social ???

Hi Alec and Rooster,
Thanks for your response and apologies for the late reply. It's comforting to know that there are a couple of first aiders in the club although at present I am struggling with a pulled knee ligament so have been unable to manage more than 10 miles without it flaring up! Have adopted the RICE approach for the last 9 days and planning to give it a test run today to see if everything back to normal. Hope you guys enjoy the Jubilee run and will hopefully get chance to join you once I have put myself back together!
