Broken Spoke Servicing

I was thinking of getting my road bike serviced by Broken Spoke in St Neots. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with them?

No experience of Broken Spoke but had my own bike serviced by Barry Peppler-Jones (www.thebikeman.net) yesterday. I have used him 3 times now and he also collects and delivers the bike, and in my opinion does a very good job and at a reasonable price.

I believe Simon Richardson has both had a (TT) bike built and servicing done by Broken Spoke and not heard any complaints from his side. I think with any service provider you're going to hear both good and bad sides of the story.

After all I've heard some less than positive comments about another bike shop in the area with regard to servicing but their customer service has always been top notch I've found (can't comment on their servicing but I've had dealings with their service department for a warranty return early last year).

Thanks for all the feedback. I've decided to give Broken Spoke a go.

Broken Spoke did a great job of building my Giant bike with Campagnolo and are always very helpful when I have any issues. I can recommend them.

Great service from them when i needed a new wheel that want something they kept on stock as they got it next day and at a very competitve price.
