Holiday to Spain

Hi All,
I have seen that some of you go to Spain for a holiday/Train/Fun
I will be visiting my Mum in Spain, Delores (Catral) Costa Blanca. (Just South or Torrevieja). It's a flat area with local mountains, perfect for Hybred's/mountain bikes. May be a bit warm in late September.
Question is, does anyone know if there is a good bike hire place near there for a mountain bike/road bike. Or how easy is it to get my steely on the Easyjet plane ( is it worth it).

OR do I just say, 2 weeks of Party time ? and rest the legs.
