Following a "recce" of the proposed off road course for this Weds, I discovered that the lane from Abbotsley to the A428 is full of "Jurassic Nettles, Triffid like brambles, Badger made holes" and after completing the lane have abandoned the course. A new course is below which will  still be be local this week and hoping to meet up with the "SNCC Femmes" as well at the Pig and Falcon.

So to reiterate the next off-road social ride will take place Weds Jul 17th leaving the Market Place at 1830.

We plan on being at the Pig and Falcon in St Neots and be there just after 2030 so if any roadies or if you just fancy a drink in mufti we will be at the rear of the pub. Please bring lights as it gets dark around 2130 (already getting darker earlier).

If you want to plan an off road social ride we will be running these fortnightly, the next being the Weds 31st Jul. All that's involved is a course and a pub and a distance of 20 to 30 miles. We have a road course for Weds 24th Jul to the Crown in Lt Staughton.
