Minutes from previous meeting
●    The minutes from the previous meeting were agreed
●    All minutes actions were completed

Events for 2016
●    SNCC Reliability Ride
    o    A route is being finalised and should be released by the end of January RiOS
    o    An advertising poster has been completed and has been published via social media
    o    StWa to contact a range of local clubs to further advertise the event
●    Inter Club TTs
    o    With the exception of one event all the Inter club TT dates have been set
    o    NDCA dates remain outstanding
●    Hill Climb
    o    The event will be run on 2 October and it was acknowledged that this will clash with the Autumn Breeze event
    o    It is not thought that running both events concurrently will cause any volunteer issues
●    The Hell of St Neots
    o    GaNe will speak with the St Neots Rowing club and the Hog & Partridge with regards any options to hosting the event
●    Wide eyed and Legless
    o    The event was well supported again this year
    o    Numbers taking part were in excess of the responses in advance and caused issues with the quantity and availability of the food.
    o    Concerns have been raised with regards to the format and cost.
    o    Alternate venues are to be investigated for next year

Kit Design
●    A new kit design has been finalised within the committee
●    Castelli has been selected as the new kit provider
●    The new designs are with Castelli to ensure the design is viable
●    Once accepted by Castelli the design will be submitted to BC for approval
●    Once BC approval has been received the final design will be released and orders will be taken

AOB
●    IaBu has been asked by a number of members to arrange an inaugural meeting to start the planning of the 2016 Autumn Breeze sportive.  This was agreed.  IaBu to schedule a meeting with the interested members and invite GaNe and RiOs
●    It was noted that the cheque presented to MAGPAS has not been cleared RiOs to advise situation
●    The 2015 TT Levy has not been paid across to CTT.  SiRi to contact CTT to resolve.
●    A view was expressed that the club website would look better without the calendar item.  GaNe to pursue
●    A review of the SNCC entry on BC has been requested.  Some members have had difficulty locating the club in the search function and there may be an opportunity to improve the entry to attract more potential members  IaBu to investigate
●    C.60 members have paid the 2016 subscriptions, including some new members
●    The new and improved membership cards have been printed with the static information.  Member names and details can be added later.  Current plans are to go into production with the first batch of cards at the beginning of February
●    A request has been made to make the TT activities and exploits more prominent on the club website.  This will provide better recognition of the achievements of the TT element of the club and may drive further interest.  The following will be looked into
    o    “TT for Dummies” type content SiRi
    o    Race report template to make it easier to file reports for publication SiRi
    o    Options to encourage TT participation in areas such as interclub TTs, such as offering a prize and/or trophy GaNe / SiRi
●    It was agreed a Committee meeting reminder email should be sent a few days in advance of each meeting
●    There has been an initial meeting to investigate closer ties between SNCC and NiceTri.  This was welcomed and may hopefully benefit the club
●    5th February has been confirmed as the next Beer and Curry night
●    A club member, Dr Mike Newell has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Metabolism and has offered to write some nutrition based articles for the club site which it is hoped will be published shortly
●    It was noted that Wisbech football club have plans to create a dedicated outdoor skating and velodrome facility


February Committee Meeting
●    The next committee meeting will be held in the Dickens Room of the White Horse in Eaton Socon on Monday 15 February 2016 at 19:30.
