good write-up Norm, but can I ask that the record show that a 'Jumbo meal' is food bought from the Supermarket Jumbo and not a meal so big it needs to be delivered by a crane!.....and if anyone is interested I like to opt for a bit of Rundvlees Salade (a sort of beef & potato salad) for my pre-ride carb-loading.
