As many of will already know, the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) was one of two local charities supported by St Neots Cycling Club using the profits of the Autumn Breeze sportive last October.
The EAAA operates two fully medically equipped helicopters serving our local area and provides a rapid-response life-saving service, quickly reaching and transporting patients to hospital.
The overwhelming success of the Autumn Breeze sportive enabled the Club to donate £1250 to EAAA (in addition to a separate donation of £1250 made to MAGPAS). A major factor in creating that success was the support from the Club members who contributed to the organisation and running of the sportive.
