Group 2 Clun Run - 28/10/2012

It was cold wet and horrible but i ran for the first 22 miles (apart from a pit stop for fresh clothes and gloves at 15, i was freezing) and then ran walked the last 4.
I'm pleased i got it done, but my legs aren't too bad so i know i could have given more and gone faster!!
Rest week this week though
