Great session today with the kid's. They all worked hard covering gear changing and cadence then racing a closed circuit in pair's. Great stuff Steve and Gareth for some excellent tuition and getting them around the circuit without any offs.

Bit of a belated update but another good session on Saturday morning with us working on cornering skills. Similar to last week where we had the children working on the grass to feel the difference between terrains we started the session on the grass area and moved back to the tarmac at the end of the session.
Thank you to Andy Holt for volunteering to come and give me a hand and with Wayne Tunnah for setting up a good circuit on the tarmac for the group. Wayne donated one of his Sky bottles for the quickest rider on the day but "rider of the week" went to the most improved rider who managed to take 3 seconds off their time; each rider given three attempts at the circuit plus a practice and average time was 17s and quickest was just under 15s.
